Fallin' Pine Farm will be at the library to do a soap making demo--participants will get to take home a bar of soap!
McMillan Library is pleased to welcome community favorites, The Cowboy Union Jam. The Jam plays a repertoire that includes country, bluegrass and gospel.
Join us for a night of quizzing and prizes! Pizza, snacks, and refreshments provided. Thursday, June 2nd at 7pm. Register as a team or individually.
Community members choose their own teams of 5 to 8 people. (People will be placed on teams by staff when necessary.) Over the course of two hours teams will compete against each other to be crowned the trivia champions! Winners will receive a small prize for their erudite efforts.

Using linocut print making, participants will learn how to make their own greeting cards by carving out designs/words and printing them on cards to take home. Registration Required: Begins June 1st.

At this workshop, meeting facilitators will seek input from the public on their community priorities for the redevelopment or reuse of the idle Verso paper mill.
